Abstract Landscapes are inspired by real and imagined places, mostly  in northern Wisconsin that I fell in love with during the years I lived in Madison. The farmland, big sky and terrain, the scents, freshness and silence have been so impressed on me that they often show up in my paintings. Also appearing recently are references to my winter trips to Michigan.
